Bookings Policy

Bookings must be made through the office during Business Hours

Bookings can be made via Phone, Text, E-mail, Facebook Messenger or Instagram Message

The Office will not be responsible for issues relating to Bookings make without the Office’s knowledge

Cancellation Policy

Dog Walking/House Visits – 24 hours notice

Day Care – 48 hours notice

House Sitting/Boarding – 7 days notice

If notice is given in less than the stated time, there is a 40% cancellation fee of the whole booking. This will ONLY be waived under the following circumstances:

  • Pet becomes ill
  • Owner becomes ill
  • Death of a loved one
  • Exceptional weather

Last Minute Booking Policy

Services will only be booked during office hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-4pm

Same Day requests for any bookings incur a £10 charge

Dog Walking, House Visits and Day Care requests due to start in under 24 hours – £5 charge

House Sitting and Boarding requests due to start in under 3 days’ time – £10 charge

Payment Policy

Payment must be paid electronically via Bank Transfer or Paypal

Dog Walks, House Visits and Day Care services are to be paid on the day of service. There will be an additional £2 charge for each day that payment has not been received

Regular bookings can be paid weekly or monthly, either ahead of time or after receiving an invoice. Please contact the office to discuss your preference. Invoices must be paid within 30 days, after which there will be an additional £2 charge per day

House Sitting and Boarding services: 1 to 3 nights – payment is due on the last day of service. There will be an additional £2 charge for each day that payment has not been received

House Sitting and Boarding services: 4+ nights – 50% payment due before service begins, 50% payment due on the last day of service. There will be an additional £2 charge for each day that payment has not been received

Friends and Family Policy

If there are unexpected family or friends in the property, we will immediately leave as we are not responsible for anything that happens to your pet/s should another person be involved. We will still require payment

Key Policy

Keys must be signed over to the Sitter and Office by both You and the Sitter on the Key Slip for the duration of the booking

After the booking, keys must be returned and signed over to You on the key slip by both You and the Sitter.

Sitters will not lend your key to anyone unless they have also signed the Key Slip

Safe Access Policy

Access to the Property must be safely accessible for the Sitter. If access is unsafe in anyway, the job will not be undertaken and we may require payment for all or part of the job

Unsecured Pets Policy

We will not accept jobs where the pet/s is/are not securely enclosed within the property, ie. fully enclosed garden, as the risk of escape is too great

Confidentiality Policy

Details of the Pet/s address will be kept confidential, as will the Date/s that the property is unoccupied. We will post pictures of your pet/s on Social Media on a daily basis, unless specifically requested by You not to do so

Weather Policy

In extreme weather, we will endeavour to move service times accordingly to keep the pet/s safe – whether that be earlier walks, shorter walks, cancelled walks etc.

We will always inform you of our intention to change the service time as soon as possible
